I've been sensitive to energies since I was a young kid. I've always had extremely vivid, life-like dreams, really strong intuitive skills and a deep level of empathy. Growing up I felt really misunderstood and like I was just different in a way that I couldn't put my finger on. A few years ago I read the book, The Highly Sensitive Person by Elaine Aron, PhD. and I felt so seen! So many of the things I thought were "faults" that made me "weird" and "too sensitive", things I always thought I needed to change turned out to be just another way of processing information, and even gifts.

My first intense spiritual awakening was in 2020. The credit really goes to my mom who just wouldn't give up lol. She continuously inundated me with spiritual information. It was so annoying at the time, but then one day I was like, "wait... tell me more..." I started listening to Abraham Hicks, and I got super into Gaia and started binging Dr. Joe Dispenza, Matias De Stefano, and Interview with E.D. by Reuben Langdon. I also really liked Marina Jacobi (I watched her channel on YouTube a lot).

 

A few weeks in and I was meditating for hours a day. It felt like a switch turned my clairsenses back on to full blast and I was having all kinds of experiences. My Aries nature doesn't play around; I jumped in headfirst! And I started experiencing some really intense things that I didn't understand. So I shut everything down and just stopped. I couldn't stay away though, and ended up getting back into Gaia in 2021.

My last huge spiritual awakening/upgrade happened around my birthday in April 2023. I picked up "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Dr. Brian Weiss and read it overnight. I immediately developed this insatiable urge to learn more about the unseen, the universe, energy, my past lifetimes. I became obsessed with understanding my purpose in this lifetime and gaining a deeper understanding of myself emotionally, mentally, spiritually...

 

I started getting all kinds of readings, searching for and researching as much information as I could find. I started studying the Akashic Records, the Gene Keys, Human Design, Astrology, Galactic history, channeling, Reiki, metaphysics, Hermetics, astral travel... anything I could find. This dive into the spiritual rabbit hole ultimately catapulted me onto my soul's most aligned path.

2023 has been the most impactful and eventful year as far as my spirituality has been concerned. I embarked upon an intense healing journey that accelerated my growth in so many ways. It's been a roller-coaster but it's changed me in ways I can't even begin to measure.

​

Along the way, I've discovered that I have a passion for diving deep, delivering messages, and helping others to embrace and navigate their spiritual journeys, to understand themselves, find and understand their purpose, find more fulfillment in their lives, to heal, and let go of limitations.

​
