Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

All sessions are billed on a pre-pay basis and arranged with scheduled appointment times. In order for effective use of time, clients are asked to give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This means a cancellation, or attempt at rescheduling, of a session should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

While I will always do my best to accommodate changes to your scheduling needs, please know that I operate by appointment only. Your agreed upon appointment times are solely yours; I do not double-book appointments.

Due to previously scheduled appointments and availability on my calendar, I am not responsible for any missed appointments due to a client's request to cancel or reschedule a previously agreed upon appointment. Appointments cancelled, or unsuccessfully rescheduled, inside of 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate of a single session.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you will be billed at the normal rate of that particular service.
